Your setup guide

Five simple steps to your Hub.

These are the same steps outlined in your welcome email. Follow along here, one at a time.

  1. Step 01

    Watch the orientation video

    If you haven't yet, watch the short video above. It walks you through what to expect and how everything fits together.

  2. Step 02

    Find your invitation email

    Look in your inbox for an invitation to the Landing Port Hub.

    Can't find it? Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.

  3. Step 03

    Click “Access App”

    Open the email and click the “Access App” button. It takes you straight to the Hub's login page.

  4. Step 04

    Create your account

    Press “Create Account”. Use the same email address your invitation was sent to, then choose a password of your own.

    Using a different email won't connect to your invitation.

  5. Step 05

    Enter your security code

    We'll email you a security code. Copy it and paste it into the window that asks for it. That's it, you're in.

Once you're in

Complete your profile in the Hub.

Add a few quick details like your name and country. You'll then have full access, plus an onboarding checklist and guidance videos to show you what to do next.
